Inspiration can come in the most ordinary of moments.
For Debb Ritchie, that moment came while searching for change to pay for parking. A knock on the window became a paid ticket stub for the lot, courtesy of a man who had arrived for a cancelled meeting. A couple of hours later, when her own meeting ended, Ritchie passed the still-valid stub to another motorist.
