Your Community Foundation Update

To our valued donors, volunteers and communities we serve,
As your Community Foundation the health and well-being of our people, supporters and community is our highest priority. After careful consideration, and following the recommendations recently outlined by the Government, our Foundation will be taking the following measures:
- The Foundation office will be closed to in-person meetings and visitors immediately until Monday, April 6, 2020.
- Meetings during this period will be conducted by video/conference calls or rescheduled.
- A public Annual General Meeting will not be held this spring instead a letter from the Board Chair and Executive Director will accompany the Foundation’s annual Community Report to provide a recap of the member meeting.
- Above all, our staff remain committed to doing our important work and serving our donors and community members during this uncertain time. We can be reached by email.
If your organization has applied for a 2020 Community Grant, please know we are working towards our original timeline. Should we encounter any delays we will be sure to let you know.

We are deeply grateful for your understanding and patience. We will provide updates via email, social media and our website as they become available.
