Tracy Van Kalsbeek – Executive Director
Becoming the Executive Director of the Stratford Perth Community Foundation has been a lifelong dream of Tracy’s.  She spent the bulk of her career within the charitable and non profit sector (with a short stint in the corporate world) and is deeply passionate about community building. Utilizing her skills of marketing, communications, public relations, leadership, governance and project management, Tracy is working hard to grow the Foundation in this dynamic and vibrant community. Volunteering is also important to Tracy. Over the years she has chaired many non profit Committees and Boards and coached many sports teams.

Amanda Willie, Grants and Data Manager

Amanda Willie – Grants and Data Manager
Amanda enjoys being a part of the Community Foundation team and appreciates the opportunity to work more closely with the amazing organizations within Perth County.  Amanda draws on her background in marketing and communications when managing the Foundation’s annual grant program. She sat on the Board of Directors for the Emily Murphy Centre for six consecutive years and continues to volunteer with various community organizations.  Amanda enjoys all the opportunities Stratford has to offer and is proud to be part of a Foundation that has such a positive impact in the community.

Drea Kerr – Marketing and Outreach Manager
Drea, originally from Kitchener, has called Stratford “home” for the past eight years. She completed her undergraduate degree at Wilfrid Laurier University in Global Studies and received a post-graduate diploma in Event Management at Conestoga College. Drea’s career started out in the non-profit field and evolved into entrepreneurship when she started Your Local Market Co-op and Slave to the Grind, both co-operatives located in Stratford with a focus on local food sustainability. With her background in non-profits, co-operatives, social media and event management, she is excited to work with the Community Foundation’s board and volunteers to continue building positive change in Stratford, St. Marys and Perth County.

Roxy Rae – Manager, Marketing and Outreach (on leave)
Roxy believes having a strong, vibrant community to live in is essential to increasing the quality of life in Stratford, St. Marys and Perth County. She is thrilled to be part of an organization that has the same values and mission as she does. A self-described Jill of all trades, Roxy contributes to the Community Foundation’s success in a variety of ways that are essential in a small, but rapidly growing organization.
As a graduate of Conestoga College’s Digital Media program, Roxy creates and oversees the day-to-day marketing materials, web and print presence for the Foundation. This past year, her role has expanded to include project and event management and community outreach supporting the Smart & Caring Initiative throughout Stratford, St. Marys and Perth County.
